The Hilario Galguera
Gallery is a new space created for the discussion and promotion of contemporary
art. The gallery opened its doors to the public with Damien Hirst’s first exhibition
in Latin America: The Death of God; Towards a Better Understanding of a Life
Without God Aboard the Ship of Fools. Its principal goal is to offer an alternative
by organizing national and international projects and exhibitions for the discussion
of contemporary themes, by means of the presentation of the creative and intellectual
efforts that constitute the vast mosaic of actual art. It currently represents
prominent, established artists, as well as emerging artists.
